    Domestic Shipping

    All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Georgie and Co Clothing charge a flat rate of $9.95 for regular post or $15.95 for express post.

    Orders will be processed within 48 hours from ordering. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.

    We will select 'safe drop' by default, so if you do not give permission for your package to be left in a safe place if you're not home, please add this in the notes when ordering. 

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number, so you can easily track your order online. Orders will be delivered during business hours, Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for express post orders, and 2-5 days for regular post orders. These delivery time frames are an estimate, and Georgie and Co Clothing is not responsible for any delays through Australia Post.

    Please ensure your address is correct and complete, including company name (if applicable), and at least one contact phone number. If you have special delivery instructions, please be sure to note them when checking out. To guarantee delivery, it’s best to send your order to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am and 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your order, it will usually be left in a secure location, or a card will be left, and your order will be sent to the nearest post office, for you to collect.

    If an incorrect address is provided, or you have not collected your order from the post office, and your order is returned to us, your order will be resent to you at your expense (as per the shipping rates stated above).

    International Shipping

    New Zealand
    We have a flat rate for shipping to New Zealand of $15.

    Rest of the World
    All international order shipping costs are calculated at check out based on the weight of our order and your location. Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Your delivery address needs to be a residential or commercial address, where someone is available to accept your order between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

    Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Georgie and Co Clothing do not have control over these charges, or are unable to advise what they will be, as it’s based on your own country’s regulations and compliances. Please contact your local customs office for more information. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery.

    Returns/Exchanges

    If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service team hello@georgieandcoclothing.com.au  within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. An exchange can be approved providing the following criteria are met:

    • The tag(s) have not been removed from the item(s)
    • The item(s) have not been worn, damaged or altered
    • The item(s) are sent back to us within 14 days (from the day you received the order)

    If the above conditions are not met, Georgie and Co Clothing reserves the right to decline the exchange.

    Exchanges do not apply to items purchased on sale.

    Please be aware, the cost of delivery for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. A self addressed pre-paid satchel will need to be included for exchanges. Georgie and Co Clothing do not refund or credit for any postage costs incurred. We recommend that you use a tracked postal service for the return of your goods, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. This applies to both domestic and international customers.

    Faulty/Damaged Items

    We endeavour to check all items thoroughly, however upon receiving a faulty or damaged item, please email our customer service team hello@georgieandcoclothing.com.au  within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo(s).

    A refund, exchange or store credit can be approved providing the following:

    • The item(s) is proven to be faulty
    • The tag(s) have not been removed from the item(s)
    • The item(s) have not been worn, damaged or altered
    • The item(s) are sent back to us within 10 days (from the day you received the order)

    If the above conditions are not met, Georgie and Co Clothing reserves the right to decline the refund/exchange or store credit.

    Georgie and Co Clothing can provide a return satchel for orders within Australia at our expense once your item has been approved as faulty or damaged by our team.

     

    Sales/Discounts

    Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled or altered.

    Please be sure the specified sale code is entered correctly. If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. This cannot be amended once the payment has been processed.

    Only one code can be used per transaction. Credit notes or other discounts can not be used during sales.

    Orders placed prior to a sale, can not be amended to reflect the sale price.

    Refunds and exchanges do not apply to items purchased on sale.
